Beginning November 2026, guests will enjoy Pelican Hill as a more intimate, boutique resort experience centered around the Villa Clubhouse. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the Villa Clubhouse invites guests to gather by the Pool with ten private cabanas and savor weekend entertainment, pizza, s’mores, and sabrage. The Spa at the North Villas features rejuvenating spa services while wellness and movement classes inspire balance and well-being. Exceptional amenities, personalized service, and breathtaking coastal surroundings, deliver an unforgettable Pelican Hill getaway.

The Bella Vista Pool will be refreshed with a newly resurfaced pool and upgraded furnishings that elevate the experience while preserving its relaxed coastal character.

The iconic Coliseum Pool experience will be thoughtfully enhanced with refreshed cabanas, new poolside furnishings, a new retail kiosk, and updates to the restaurant, including a beautifully redesigned terrace, new stone flooring, and the addition of a private dining room. In-Room Dining remains available to all registered resort guests. With breakfast from 6am-11am, daily, and an all day menu from 11am-11pm, daily. In Room Dining service will not be available at The Spa at the North Villas, though there will be complimentary refreshments like tea, coffee, water and healthy light bites.
Resort guests can make a reservation for dinner at the Villa Clubhouse. Breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch are first come, first served.
During Coliseum and Bella Vista work, all guests may enjoy the Villa Pool with convenient transportation from the Main Estate. The Coliseum Pool is targeted to re‑open late‑February (pending) with limited food service 12–5 p.m. daily; Bella Vista returns late December (pending).
The Coliseum Pool will re-open in late February 2027 and the Restaurant will open early Summer 2027. Late December, guests will also be able to enjoy the refreshed Bella Vista Pool, which is located right behind the Coliseum Pool.
Yes, the restaurant will re-open mid-October 2027 with a new name and a brand-new concept. Active work begins in Andrea September 2026 and continues through October 2027.
Yes. The Ocean South Course offers guests 18 newly restored holes. The Ocean North Course is nearing completion, with 9‑hole loops available. Guests booking tee times for the 9-holes on the North Course must call Reservations at 855-212-9677. Guests booking tee times for the 18-hole golf course can book through Reservations or online. The North Course will fully re-open early November 2026.

On-site valet parking remains available at the Villa Clubhouse and the Bungalow Arrival Lounge. Valet is complimentary for registered resort guests. Guests may continue to park in front of their Bungalow or at their Villa.
Locals who are visiting The Spa at the North Villas will valet park at the Villa Clubhouse and a shuttle will escort them to the spa location. Local spa parking will be complimentary.
