On-Site Photography Policy

The Resort at Pelican Hill is private property. Please be informed that professional or group photography is not permitted at the Resort unless included in a contract with the Catering or Event sales teams. Guests may not come with a photographer, professional photography equipment, or personal photography equipment without a permit. This policy applies to social media influencers, student groups, proposals, and celebrations including birthdays. Resort guests wishing to capture personal celebrations in a public space or venue, including proposals and proposal photography, engagement photography, and birthday or celebration photography, must be contracted in advance as a private event through Catering: catering@pelicanhill.com. Drone photography is not allowed without a comprehensive agreement that specifies insurance and operator requirements.
