- Brunch Buffet at Pelican Grill: Delight in brunch classics and a deluxe carving station alongside a dessert room of gelato, autumn cookies, cakes, and pies. Live entertainment provides an elegant accompaniment.
- Dinner at Mar Vista: Perfect for families and larger gatherings, indulge in a lavish feast of soups, chilled seafood, and a turkey and prime rib carving station, complemented by gourmet sides, decadent desserts, a special children’s buffet, and live entertainment.

- Andrea Holiday Pop-Up: Starting December 1, Resort and Local Guests can enjoy casually elegant seasonal dining at Andrea, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served Monday through Friday, and breakfast, brunch, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
- Fables & Feste Holiday Weekend Brunch: Starting the weekend of December 6th and 7th, guests are invited to enjoy the Fables & Feste Holiday Weekend Brunch at Andrea, a celebration of winter storytelling come to life with music, poetry, and literature. Hand-made Italian pasta, panettone, and desserts are presented along with brunch classics to create a vibrant menu of sweet and savory delights. Through December 28, 2025.
- Christmas Eve Dinner at Pelican Grill (December 24): Celebrate the holidays with a four-course menu of Italian-inspired starters, indulgent entrées like lobster risotto or herb-crusted filet, and an array of tempting desserts.
- Caviar Christmas Day Brunch at Mar Vista (December 25): Enjoy a festive feast with grazing boards, omelet bars, fresh pasta, a honey-roasted ham and salmon Wellington carving station, char-grilled tomahawk, flavorful sides, and dessert display for all ages.
