On-Site Photography Policy

The Resort at Pelican Hill is private property. Please be informed that professional or group photography is not permitted at the Resort unless included in a contract with the catering or event sales teams. Guests may not come with a photographer, professional photography equipment, or personal photography equipment. This policy applies to social media influencers, student groups, proposals, and celebrations including birthdays. Guests are welcome to take pictures of the landscape and scenery with a cellular device or small personal camera. Resort guests wishing to capture personal celebrations in a public space or venue, including proposals and proposal photography, engagement photography, and birthday or celebration photography, must be contracted in advance as a private event through Catering: catering@pelicanhill.com. Drone photography is not allowed without a comprehensive agreement that specifies insurance and operator requirements.
