The Resort at Pelican Hill now offers valet parking only. Guests of Mercato will receive a $25 validation, which covers 50% of the valet parking fee. Guests who dine at Coliseum Grill or visit The Spa will receive full validation, covering 100% of the valet parking fee.

Hi, my name is Sam. I am the creator, photographer and crazy visionary for all things Sugared & Iced. I hope to make life a little brighter through the dessert and party ideas that live in my head. I am a writer, baker, crafter, party planner, holiday enthusiast and lover of pumpkins.
I have loved baking as long as I can remember and was fortunate to grow up with a mother who took her entertaining seriously. There is no such thing as opening a bag of chips for a few friends over, if there are not enough things in the house for a cheese display — no ones coming over.
Always budget savvy I figured out how to make my own fancy desserts and repurpose the things I needed to give my food and events, big or small, the attention to detail they deserve. This combination has led me to the overzealous baker, entertainer and crafter I am today.

Hi, I’m Loryn. I’m a 2011 graduate of San Diego Culinary Institute and lover all things charcuterie. If I had to pick a last meal, a massive charcuterie board with a glass of wine would be it. There’s nothing better in the world! This dream was born out of passion and necessity. When a global pandemic kept me from my job as a cooking instructor at Tspoons Cooking School, something new was bound to be born. Enter Picnic Grazing Co.
We offer Picnic Boxes, platters, boards and grazing tables packed full of everyone’s favorites- cured meats, cheeses, house-made jams and spreads, and all of the other traditional charcuterie accompaniments. It has been my joy and privilege to safely deliver delicious happiness in a box to doorsteps all over Orange County during this season.
