Guided by seasonality, craftsmanship, and a sense of graceful indulgence. Served in three distinct moments, each course is designed to be savored, shared, and remembered.

THE BREAD & BUTTER CART
Guests are presented with a curated selection of freshly baked breads and traditional scones, accompanied by a seasonal house‑made butter quenelle. Bright citrus curd, rotating seasonal preserves, and softly whipped cream complete the opening course—an inviting prelude that sets the tone for the afternoon.

SAVORY INDULGENCE
Avocado finger sandwiches layered with Santa Barbara uni mousse, crispy onions, and fresh lime zest
Smoked trout paired with mango salsa on dark rye
Summer peach with whipped lavender goat cheese on focaccia
Delicate crab salad with sweet pineapple chutney on sourdough
Coronation chicken vol au vent, finished with micro greens and lemon vinaigrette
Berliner filled with sansho pepper–infused egg mayo and pickled onions
