Enjoy Easter at your leisure at Coliseum Pool & Grill. A fresh bakery display, omelet bar, and grazing table complement a la carte items from the menu including Caprese Avocado Toast, Brûléed Oats, Classic Eggs Benedict, and Buttermilk Pancakes.  

All Resort and Brunch guests are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt on the Event Lawn at 1 p.m. Guests will be provided with an Easter basket and wristband. A bunny petting zoo adjacent to the Event Lawn will be available for Resort and Brunch guests from 12 – 3 p.m.
