All-Day Easter Brunch at Pelican Grill & Bar

A sophisticated take on Easter Day dining, the Pelican Hill brunch features elevated stations of pristine seafood, a caviar trolley and poke bar to complement an array of breakfast favorites, fresh salads, artisanal breads, and charcuterie. Signature dishes like harissa-rubbed leg of lamb and beef tenderloin are not to be missed. Guests will enjoy a strolling violinist in the middle of the day.
All Resort and Brunch guests are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt on the Event Lawn at 1 p.m. Guests will be provided with an Easter basket and wristband. A bunny petting zoo adjacent to the Event Lawn will be available for Resort and Brunch guests from 12 – 3 p.m.
