Looking Back: The Dazzling NOBLE Wine & Dine Weekend
To begin, we wanted to share some of the standout moments from the recent NOBLE Wine & Dine weekend, which occurred on March 1 & 2, 2024.

On March 1, attendees were treated to an exclusive VIP seven-course dinner at Pelican Hill’s beloved Andrea Restaurant that was prepared by Master Chef Curtis Stone. The menu featured extraordinary dishes such as First Light Farms’ 100% Grass-fed New Zealand Wagyu Tartare. Each delectable course was accompanied by an expert wine pairing featuring one of Napa’s finest, Lithology Wines, and refreshing mineral water from San Benedetto. Throughout the evening, attendees had the privilege of hearing directly from Curtis Stone about the inspiration behind his Michelin-starred restaurants, Maude and Gwen, as he shared fascinating insights into his culinary creations.

On March 2, patrons experienced the pinnacle of culinary excellence during a Grand Tasting event. This delightful affair featured 26 exquisite courses, each meticulously prepared by top Chefs. Paired with premium wine tastings from 15 distinguished wineries and a selection of craft cocktails, the evening was a feast for the senses. Live music and entertainment added to the ambiance, creating a dazzling atmosphere unlike any other.

Italian Culinary Masters Featuring Gucci Osteria Beverly Hills
We are thrilled to have debuted the Italian Culinary Masters series, starting with the Michelin-starred Gucci Osteria Beverly Hills. Renowned Chef Mattia Agazzi joined our very own Director of Culinary Operations, Chef Kyung Soo Carroll, to create three dazzling dinners and two bubbly brunches at our iconic Andrea Restaurant from Friday, March 22 – Sunday, March 24, 2024.
The first edition of this collaborative dining showcase between Chefs Agazzi and Carroll blended the finest elements of Italian and California cuisine with visually stunning presentations. Seasonal, produce-forward dishes like Insalata Di Mare, “Caponata Style” Beef Tartare, and Risotto Camouflaged as Pizza transported patrons on an epicurean journey through Italy, where Chef Agazzi honed his culinary skills, and Los Angeles, his current home.
Whether you joined us for dinner, brunch, or both, each meal was complemented with a carefully curated cocktail or wine pairing selected by Lorenzo Rocco, our incredible Beverage Manager & Sommelier.

The 2024 Robb Report Culinary Masters
The epicurean excitement continues as we are honored to be hosting the 2024 Robb Report Culinary Masters from May 17-19, 2024. This marks the 8th year that Robb Report has convened the nation’s brightest culinary minds for a luxurious gastronomic retreat. Here at Pelican Hill®, you’ll have the opportunity to indulge in extraordinary wine-paired meals, glean insights from Culinary Masters and Robb Report editors, and, of course, bask in the idyllic beauty of Newport Beach’s only Five-Star, Five-Diamond Resort.
This year features a prestigious lineup of Chefs including James Kent, Executive Chef and Owner, Crown Shy, SAGA; Angie Mar, Chef & Proprietor of Le B.; Eunji Lee, Chef and Owner of Lysée; Daniele Uditi, Chef at Pizzana; Genie Kwon & Timothy Flores; Co-Founders & Chefs of Kasama; Michelle Bernstein, Consulting Chef of Lugano Privé; and Kyung Soo Carroll, Pelican Hill’s Director of Culinary Operations. All Culinary Masters are hand-selected by Robb Report’s editorial team and personify the Robb Report ideals of luxury, craftsmanship, and excellence.
The epicurean journey kicks off on Friday, May 17 when guests arrive and have time to explore the breathtaking grounds at the Resort before a Spirits Tasting featuring world-class distillates. Following the tasting, guests are invited to participate in a Silent Auction, offering an array of rare items and experiences.
The highlight of the evening is undoubtedly the grand Gala Dinner, where each course is carefully prepared by a different Culinary Master, resulting in a symphony of flavors and influences. As the evening unfolds, guests will also have the chance to take part in a Live Auction, with all proceeds benefiting the V Foundation, which is dedicated to achieving Victory Over Cancer®. It’s destined to be an inaugural evening brimming with exquisite dining, charitable giving, and the creation of cherished memories.
Over the remainder of the weekend, guests can indulge in a variety of exclusive festivities, ranging from a Cooking Class & “Iron Chef” Competition Led by Chef Angie Mar to a Champagne Brunch with Lugano Diamonds, with plenty of exciting events in between.
